A proper brand would never make such a mistake. The announcement clearly stated '1PM PDT / 2000 UTC', yet the vault opened nearly 10 hours earlier. This is misleading and unfair to users. It shows that Alienware is not a trustworthy or professional company. Such disorganized, careless behavior is what you'd expect from some random back-alley brand. I expect a serious explanation.
According to the announcement, the Alienware Arena case was supposed to open at 1PM PDT / 20:00 UTC, which is 11:00 PM Turkey time, but it was already sold out early in the morning. Did it open earlier than scheduled, does anyone know?"

Hi everyone, It was officially announced that the Game Vault case would open on May 23, 2025 at 1PM PDT / 20:00 UTC, which means 11:00 PM Turkey time. However, when I checked around 3:47 PM (Turkey time) today, the case had already opened and was out of stock. I'm confident that I didn't make a mistake in the time calculation. Turkey is in the UTC+3 time zone, and we don't observe daylight saving time. So 20:00 UTC = 23:00 Turkey time.
