Why is email support for Alienware arena so bad? I’ve been trying to get them to resolve an issue for almost a month now where I was not rewarded the 500DRP for checking into the website 26 days and they do not respond unless I send a follow up email. They’ll ask me to check something, which I do and provide them a screenshot and then they’ll just not respond.
Who is the lucky Alienware employee that gets to show up in New York with a big prize and tell the crowd that those actually living in New York are excluded? 😰
