I redeemed some merch items (4 total) but only got 1 (Led Neon Sign). Other items were in my country already but then got sent back to US and status now is "Delivered, Front Desk/Reception/Mail Room (BEDFORD, NH)". I used the "Contact Support" button and sent an email but never got a response. How do I proceed?
