Anyone having issues with steam games sync and steam quests? I cant complete any steam quests or community events regardless the game I play, hours are not counting. First time this kinda of thing happens to me. Not a problem with free games or anything like it

Did all the mini-games and had one piece missing on the fruit ninja to get the bonus points. Second time this happens and it only happens with this mini-game. Not cool
Second time I try to join a community giveaway and it says I'm not eligible to participate. (first Metal: Hellsinger, now The Quarry) I'm Interstellar tier.
