Can a mod admin please help me. I brought a $10 go gift card on 1-08-2026 it gave me a error bug took my ARP but didn't give me my gift card. I contact email alienware on 6-08-2026 since than I have not gotten any reply or my ARP back. I tried to claim the $10 gift card again and it worked, but it charged me again and got my ARP twice, the first time it charge me but it didn't go through, will I get a refund of my ARP for the first failed transaction, the first transaction is not showing in the ARP Log but it took my ARP, will it automatic fix itself?

I brought a $10 GoGift Gift Card, but it's not showing in my account. It's not showing Claimed in the Marketplace, when I try and purchase it again it says "You've already bought this product" It took my ARP, it's not showing the amount in red -minus in ARP history but it's showing ARP points removed from my ARP Log?
