I was thinking... aren't the ARP Levels a bit out of order? It would be more consistent if it was: Planetary THEN Lunar cause you would be able to fly too it, then Solar, Interstellar (you go to other nearby stars) and lastly Galactic, or change to Galactic and Intergalactic. What do you think?
