Has the glitch in Steam quest progress been resolved? It isn't showing any of my ARP progress right now.

While the lack of artifacts and fewer fragments compared to last time are disappointing, the abundance of game keys in the battle pass rewards is a great plus.Even so, the battle pass is a great addition.
