When do they normally discount leftovers in the Game Vault?

Has anyone been able to do a Steam Quest for Rimworld?
I never have been able to get it to recognize it is in my library so I don't know if they have excluded the game for some reason?
I purchased straight from Ludeon, but got a Steam key, so I wouldn't think that would be the problem but if anyone has any idea, let me know what I could do to fix (on a Rimworld kick as of late!).
