Is the gtx 1050ti oc edition any good?

depend on your budget and i need to know what is your system config and where are your coming from 

if new one then i suggest go for 1650 or super for more performance

Hes right. But if you getting one for cheap nowadays could be a great option.

Check out an RX580. Similiar price but much more performance. Check ebay for a used one.
