Alot of people have left over 10 because they spent 100 - artifact and 25 - 100arp package.

It is not a shop's responsibility to price their wares according to what's in you wallet so you can maximize your spending. It IS possible to spend 135 points, it's just that it's not your choice to do so.

Since everyone gets a maximum of 135 (meaning most get 135), the rewards should add up to 135 (even if they made the aftifacts cost 110 that would have made sense). Or if you could roll over some of the points to the next battlepass.
