ive been trying to apply fragments for a couple months now. multiple browsers and just cant figure it out. feel like im missing out on arp even though i dont really understand the fragment system.

if you have artifacts you should be able to click on them, and if they are upgradeble - because they have an actual function like "earn 1 extra arp for watching twitch" - which is clearly stated on the card, you should be able to upgrade

i have 21 fragments and like 8 artifacts. cant' do anything. can't activate them. i can look at them but that's all.

Ba`li Arches is still for sale, its 1000 arp, expensive but no crappy tutorial quality like the others, buy it and invest points in it, gives bonus arp for daily time on site.

i just uploaded picture that shows my "weapon" artifacts. i have others in most categories. i can't select them. i have 11 total, it says 21 fragments. i've been trying to apply for awhile now and have used multiple browsers.

scion of light can be upgraded once, but it's not worth the fragments - the other's two can't, they are pretty crappy but their role is to teach about bonuses (aka tutorial artifacts). Save the fragments (1)
