Just upgraded my artifacts with some fragments, but there are still some level left to upgrade. Have bought 5 of it on market and it is now sold. Does anyone know anywhere else I could earn fragments?

getting fragments takes time. you only get them every 2(?) month on the market, for certain days on the login calendar and when you participate in steam events and hit the required hour goal

Apart from the methods mentioned above, they were also part of the daily login event, like the current one that gave ARP/DRP. Also as mentioned, it takes time. A lot of time. Leveling on this site is a long term investment of your time.
