Technically even less, the BP itself gives 300 ARP, so to complete it you'd need only 830 ARP from other sources.

With 135 tokens the choices here are really limited, with Pn 295 Unstable Battery my only choice is H`erkow Fertility Robes + 100 ARP and 10 wasted tokens
