I figured out how to turn dell reward points into Dell Dollars. You add something to the cart, you proceed to check out, apply your dell reward points to the purchase.
Then you exit out of the cart and do not proceed with the purchase. This prevents dell reward points from expiring, and give you an additional 4 months, before the dell reward dollars expire. Hope this helps someone.
