Are only purchased artifacts equippable? I got the one on the right via an achievement, and clicking it does nothing, but I purchased the one on the left in the marketplace and can equip it by clicking it. Artifacts

can only have 3 on at a time

None of them are clickable/equippable, and they only show up if you filter by artifact type - they don't show up when "All Chaotics" is selected.
