I'm not sure whether I should report it on the AW site or the Dell site, so I figured I'd come here to ask the best way to get that solved... Ever since the DRP Update, my Rewards Expiration date stopped moving when DRP from AWA gets added. I've also noticed even though the DRP amount seems right when checked on AWA or on the Dell Rewards page, the top bar says 0$ and if I go to Rewards history, any earned DRP before the May update doesn't show up and it shows a negative balance. Hope that helps fix it.

It has to be reported to dell. Try the sales chat. AWA sadly only is a distributor of points, it doesn't handle them.

When the update happened I had a message on my rewards page saying the rewards would only last one year from the last purchase made. Unsure how it is is other regions though. For some weeks now dell log in button won't even work for me.

<mention>jsrandomnumbers</mention> I don't remember seeing a message on the Rewards page, but the email I received June 1st said they will now expire on the 366th day of inactivity, I thought earning would still count as activity as it did before.
