The pimped up 19 year old game needs to be locked at 60FPS with a 5090 because it has typical Bethesda turd optimization, right? Right?

At some point during the video early on I hit alt-b and it was something like 330FPS at 4K Max and all raytracing, Framegen is on. Like any vide it looks 100x better in person.
