What happens if I won multiple community giveaways for the same game? If I don't claim the extra keys, will the ARP be refunded?

I suppose what you'll have are several keys for the same game.

The ARP will not be refunded. <mention></mention>timmydo69 is correct.

<mention></mention>lampy Thanks for the reply. I guess the only way to avoid this in the future is to just bet on one of the giveaways.

<mention>Afford1</mention> - Use that common sense for all auctions in the world: Bid in multiple auctions for the same type of item, and you risk owning more than one in the end.

<mention>Fruit Punch Samurai</mention> Eh. I wouldn't really call this common sense. They block you from entering a giveaway if you already own the game. It would be straightforward to add a line of code to block you from winning the same game twice.

The Community Giveaways rules do not prohibit trying to obtain multiple keys. It's the same as most of the world. An auction house does not prohibit you from bidding in multiple auctions to obtain more than a single quantity.

<mention>Fruit Punch Samurai</mention> What I meant was the creator of the community giveaways added a rule to block people from getting another key if they already own the game. Under that logic, once you win a community giveaway, you then own the game.

Therefore, winning another giveaway for the same game goes against the original intention on not letting someone get a key for a game they already own. Anyways, it's not a big deal, I didn't bet much.

Honestly, the quality of most of those game looks questionable, to say the least. 😆 I doubt their creators want to block any type of bid.
