Fields of Mistria is shaping up to be a good one. If you don't mind anime, Rune Factory 4 is also pretty good, or Rune Factory: Guardians of Azuma for a more arpg experience.

Rune Factory 5 does not run well on the first gen switches. Guardians and 4 are fine.
