Collect points for months to collect a game I ACTUALLY want and the thing hangs for about 30 seconds and then says all keys are gone. Alienware vault is a freaking joke.

The devs don't look at these things, don't be ridiculous. It's a ton of people flooding the website at the same time for a couple of game keys. If you didn't get anything, just move on. There's no reason to be angry at something pointless.

My biggest gripe is that this feels more like a really crappy odds lottery system rather than a points redemption program. Every month alot of the categories of games are gone in the 1st 30 seconds. That's not right.
