The week is almost over but I still can't start the Steam quests. I own both games but the site won't recognize that.

I guess you have made sure your steam profile is made public, so Alienware can see you have games in your library.

Make sure the games havent been marked as private. That happened to me once when i had the same issue. I never set them to private so just double check this.

Profile is active and I have earned both games for years. PUBG has popped now. Still missing the other one though.
