How often do the steam quests include paid games? Is it every month at least one is paid? One choice, one free to play and one sponsored paid game?

Every time. 1 free, 1 paid and 1 choose.

Every week.

Technically, on occassion due to a site bug or special holiday or something, the Steam quests may appear without a paid game or the slots will all be replaced with CYOG

dang, I guess that's an achievement I'll never get...completing all 3 like 100 times lol. I did all 3 my first week but I think I just lucked out already owning it. Probably won't be the case often though.
