AWA should have a profile-of-the-week contest where members can apply. The judgement can be holistic, based on the profile, the background image, the about me section, and the Avatar/frame, etc. In the contest, people can submit their profiles to AWA members for judging, from which 5-10 are selected and put to a public vote with rewards (ARP/DRP). Since members are in the 10s of thousands, there may be a cap on how many you can participate with in a year, along with entry limits.
