How can I unlock the achievements for the tiers if I was already Tier 5/Interstellar when they were adjusted? I strongly suspect that I am not the only one with this problem.

Same here. Also I'm wondering how I can even get "Upgrade 7 artifacts" unlocked when I have only 3 artifacts left to level up? I'll keep my fragments for now.

Just gotta wait for the achievement system to eventually catch up, like with the other delayed achievements
