Sony has delisted Horizon Zero Dawn. The old one. And checking through steamdb, Horizon Zero Dawn Remastered is region locked. So it seems that if you are from the other countries not only can you not buy the old version you are also denied to purchase the upgrade. I am guessing the remastered version requires psn account. I can't check the store page due to being from one of those countries. So it shows site error.
