Yesterday 11th Australian time, I did both Steam quest that I was able to do. On the quest page it showed completed for 2 games. ARP was not updating. I then changed artifacts, fom max Steam Quest Bonus to max Twitch bonus. Only 1 Steam Quest had any artifact bonus. I suspect because of the lag to credit ARP the Artifacts had been changed.
