Probably like so many others but i did get it yesterday or the day before that after changing everything once a day as i thought theres an achievement for the same thing for avatar if not background as well

Thanks for confirming. I feel like I've been changing it for like 7-8 days. If i don't get it tomorrow, I'll try to change avatar and background as well.
