Yes. They reset every 3 months, with the next reset coming up at the start of November.

For the 3000 and 2000 DRP that you can buy in the marketplace. They will reset and you can buy them again on these days: Feb 1, May 1, Aug 1, and Nov 1.

You can buy the $50 now and hold the money. Then in a week, buy them on or after November 1st to have $100. If you manage to keep it for another 3 months, you can buy more Feb 1st and have $150.

Be careful with the expiration though. In the US, it expires on the 15th day of the 4th month. So, if you buy $50 now, it will expire on Feb 15th unless you can convert it into Dell dollars on the Dell site.
