why am i not earning arp fromw atching twitch? i have it open, linked my twitch account and everything but when i click on the link to watch the corner just says "incomplete 0 ARP"

You have to grant permission on Twitch. In the stream click on the Alienware widget and then click on the little gear, then click on "manage access" and give it permission. That should do it.
