Anyone else having trouble getting personalization to work? I can change my body/border/hat, but other changes don't stay, even after it says it's saved changes to my avatar.

same, i can get a frame a top, pants and shoes to stay but other things reset to blank

Which item? An ancient glitch gives out some Marketplace avatar items for free, but they can't be used until actually purchased from the Marketplace.

I had this issue to and when I went to view item in store it showed I did not own it yet it was in inventory. Make sure it says claimed in store

It's various things...at least 2-3 of which I have doubles of...so irritating.
