Question, if you purchase dell rewards from the marketplace and don't claim them so that they stay pending, how long do you have until you have to claim them? or does anything happen, like them disappearing?
easyrhino - 05.13.2025 20:10:43
i've had them unclaimed for about 3 or 4 months so far. that's my one data point.

@easyrhino thank you, that's good to know. I wonder if anyone has kept them longer.

From the Dell website "Rewards will expire on the 15th of the fourth month following in which they are earned." I am able to regularly save and then spend over $100 worth of DRP about every few months.

"in which they are earned" - means after they appeared in the Dell account and you received an email about it. As long as you don't claim them, they won't appear there and therefore won't expire.

So far, they just stay. But there is no guarantee they will remain available indefinitely, so the longer you wait the more risk you run that either something changes, or there IS a deadline we just don't know about yet...

Hope they don't disappear suddenly. I doubt Dell intended for DRP to get stuck in the pipeline like this, so they'll probably force a change when they notice.

And here I thought they were automatically claimed once you got them. That's been my experience whenever I needed to get extra. It would've been unavoidable.

@atfixteam thank you

@Tkachuk, thank you

@louvelyn Thank you, I'll be cautious. I got my eye on something so I shouldn't have them for long.
