the new alienware brick set does not have any lego logos on the box or maybe even any lego branding on the bricks inside. meaning that its not actually a genuine lego set . how long before the cease and desist orders arrive from lego before they stop calling it lego?

The kit is an authorized reseller MOC, who builds these kits for multiple companies around the world. The kits come with authentic Lego bricks, but is not a direct Lego kit
