The issue is your current regional URL region is (eu.) which is experiencing an active tracking outage. Replace the (eu.) to (na.) and login your account again and the problem would solved.

Make sure you have literally entered the event. If you have then I'd do some trial and error for 30 minutes at a time perhaps, instead of wasting your time.
