You mean you are looking in "PROFILE" as in the drop-down menu at the top right? You have to go to CONTROL CENTER --> My ARP Progress (left side menu).

I think he means no ARP was credited for today. I'm experiencing the same problem, no ARP for login, time on site or twitch. And it doesn't seems to be just a (huge) delay.

If you mean you only see part of your earned ARP: ARP progress is split up so you have to go right with the (very small) arrow below the listed ARP.
