@MasterZangar I believe the only cloud gaming option that uses Steam is Nvidia Geforce Now, and ESO isn't on there at the moment. Any other platforms won't increase Steam played hours, and won't be usable for the Community event.

Ah, tough luck then. If you don't plan on really playing you can always idle it with a card idler that ghost launches the game.
