tl;dr not for that much: You can list the card for whatever price, but that doesn't guarantee anyone will buy it for that much. The median sale price chart shows that it typically sells for less than 1 USD.

The card only shows as $36.70 because that's the lowest active sell order. The lowest active buy order is $1.24. That much spread means buyers are ignoring the the high listings and waiting for lower prices.

If I were you I would re-list for half the lowest sell order so that your sell order looks like a bargain and maybe someone will impulse buy. If nobody buys after a week, relist at 80% your previous price. Repeat every week until it sells.

Highest I sold a foil card was about little over 5euro. While others had the card listed for well over 20euro (that nobody would buy. - Anyway, you could always get lucky that somebody out there pasy +30euro for a card... But I doubt it.

If not, try 12 - 15 euro and see what that gives. In the end, still a nice bit of extra proffit.

As @jk explained, you won't get anywhere near that price. If you want a reasonable chance to actually sell it, you have to be close to the top buy offer. Just getting over $1 USD is impressive enough.
