The issue was fixed a few days ago. So anyone thats falling on those specific dates (mainly around borders) will get their rewards just fine.

For the missing rewards, we will be returning those starting Monday. Its a slow process that we need to monitor as its happening and don't want to run it over the weekend with fewer eyes available."
