Thank you Alienware Arena staff, today I managed to claim a game, although the first three attempts presented the message "We cannot accept your purchase at the moment. Thanks for your interest." This put me at a disadvantage when claiming the most disputed games. However, I managed to claim another game I was interested in. I had a bit of trouble with activities loading forever in Daily Quest, but I managed to do it today. So thank you for that too.
