So who do i reach out to if my dell rewards points do not show up in my dell rewards account? Like none of them, since i made this profile in August. Every time I reach out to dell support I am told they don't have access and can't help me

Are both your Alienware Arena and Dell accounts using the same email? If they aren't, they should be. You can contact support on Alienware's Discord.

They are both using the same email address. This is stated clearly in the documentation that is provided that it has to be the same email address. However they do not populate in my dell rewards account.

I will attempt Alienware Discord. I kind of forgot about it honestly and assumed I would find a support link online on this website however i have looked and looked and its no where to be found
