Did anyone else just lose hundreds of dollars worth of Dell Reward points? How do we get these back? I've been saving up for a new monitor.

Everyone here. We have to wait for a response.

They expire every 4 months. Must be used before then.

Unfortunately, it seems to be intentional, following the large update they did last week.

Have you checked Dell's website?

<mention></mention>Burptastic It differs based on country. For me in Canada, as per an email I got today, they expire after 366 days of inactivity (so no earning or redeeming). Was one year. Like Communinja, I had hundreds of dollars worth go poof May 27

I just got an (monthly?) email statement from Dell. All my rewards are still there... Listed in their Dell Dollar value (Over $300). Check the Dell site itself and check to see if your Dell Reward Points were converted to Dell Dollars.

The problem is the update converted into something called Rewards Balance. But the current Balance does not add up if you were to convert your existing Dell points plus any existing Dell Dollars (100 points = $1 USD).

I'm giving them the week before complaining.

On the Dell website, my current balance is correct, but the rewards history is pure fiction. It shows thousands of dollars of expired DellBux over the the years (which hasn't happened). None of the dozen+ purchases I've made are listed, etc

All my dellCoin goes into oblivion now. The DRP from last month appears in the log on my control center, shows a zero as available and is nowhere to be found on my Dell account. Strange stuff.
