Rare. When you do find them, get them while you can. They come and go but not often.

Thank you for the response Fruit Punch Samurai. Yes I siigned up 3 years ago, it was only to receive the summertime promotion and haven't logged in since. I'm engaging the Arena in depth for the first time and really enjoying it.
