Still can't remove the THEM ESCAPED card after waiting more than 48 hours. Is an extended artifact lock part of this unnecessarily punishing prank?

No, I removed it at 24 hours. Try upgrading it before removal or try a different region website na.alienware.com vs eu.alienware.com for example.

Try upgrading an artifact that you CAN'T upgrade, to force the page to update. You can always do that to unlock slots that should be unlockable, or if your fragments count isn't right.

@ekees The other day when I could not switch I did the na to eu, then clicked to upgrade artifacts, then logged out waited a few minutes and logged back in, then tried the upgrade trick again and it finally worked.
