i used my points to purchase 2000 Dell Reward Points. showing as not claimed, but locked to stop me from purchasing again. took my arp, didnt give me my dellpoints. its been over 24 hours still not changed

you can only get the 2000 drp once. and then when it resets you can get it again . not back to back

i paid for the 2000 DRP, it locked it to show i paid for it. it proceeded to give me nothing. gave it some time to see if it would load. still missing my points

How long does it take for the DRP to show up in my account? DRP should appear instantly in your account after claiming. If you having issues with claims, please contact contact@alienwarearena.com

Scroll down the "My Rewards" page in your control center. At the very bottom there could be a button waiting for you to 'claim' the points

Has anyone figured out how long you can store unclaimed DRP in the "Pending Bought Rewards" section? Can we just leave them there for a year or longer and then claim them all at the same time?

I think the question is, once you get the drp but refuse to redeem it (so it doesn't go to your dell account) how long will it be stored in your alienware rewards
