Has there ever been an artifact that would lower the level required to access temporarily a vault game? I think it would be a good idea for those of us who still cannot access some tier.

No, and it's not really necessary. If you're doing everything, buying and upgrading Artifacts, and actively working toward it, you can level up your Tier rather quickly.

If they don't sell out, they reduce the price and tier requirements at the end of the month.

Thank you, but the one I want, expeditions will sell out very quickly :( I've been here for two months and I only have about 2000 points, I've been doing the Steam Quest and everything there is for a month and I don't think I'll be able to

even if you lowered the tier level, i doubt most would have the ARP to even buy it.

Tier 3 is reached with 7000arp, right? There are games with tier 3 for 3000-4000arp
