Where to check the exact time/date/timezone when the vault will open? Why it only shows countdown?

The countdown is to ensure that is the exact time on any timezone, that's the purpose of it being a singular timer not specifying a timezone to prevent confusion like the other method used confused a lot of people & were late otherwise

it will depend on in which coiuntry u r accessing from because of didferent time zone, it's not definitve ans, but hope it gives some idea. cheers

Let me do some quick math. With 7 days left in the countdown timer, that means July 24th. Looks like the minutes value is currently hidden in the timer, so the remaining hours indicate it will open at 21:00 UTC.
