You can't get it "daily" but yesterday was the first day of a new week, so Steam Quests reset and, if you can complete all of them and you have the right Artifacts (fully upgraded), you can get almost 200 ARP just from those.

You need artifacts, cards that match and give the max arp, it must take a lot of time and a bit of luck I imagine

Artifacts, upgraded and used strategically, can roughly double the ARP you earn.

Yeah I was wondering if there is a way to improve on getting artifacts that are worth something as they havent updated the marketplace in eons

@KQJGaming I would like to know your definition of "eons", as all the powerful artifacts came back to the market throughout the fall season & early winter basically (+ the Robes in calendar last month!) ^^;
