How does one obtain a "Verified Member" Badge next to their name?

Not sure if it changed, but it was doing just the basic/starter set of achievements. I believe there was like 10 of them. You can view them from your profile section.

Btw, it's kinda hard to tell if the starter achievements are done or not due to the coloring to indicate done or not is kinda...well, nearly the same as not done.
