I added the rise ( pirate flag on ocean ) artifact picture here but it isn't showing that either ..

Go to your artifacts, go to the bottom Architechture section. Its called Gamers Wanted. Rise might be what its called after maxing it out.

Ok , wow that's super confusing because the gamers wanted reward I claimed on jun 20th but today it said the "rise" artifact was unclaimed so I did and nothing happened. So I assumed it didn't give it to me.
