Problem: The task “What's new in the news?” doesn't work, no matter how many news articles I read. Solution: I got it to work by “clicking the left mouse button three times while holding down the Ctrl key.” Hope this helps anyone else who, like me, couldn't complete the daily quest otherwise.

That's weird. All I did was one left-click on the link, and then went back to Control Center to see "Complete". Pretty easy.

Perhaps a different browser may also be helpful. I was only able to resolve this issue with Firefox as described above. I found the information on Discord.

Found a solution, go to Discover pull down at the top bar and then Alienware News from there instead of the link on the quest. Worked for me.

I also use Firefox, but the staff actually recommends the Chrome browser for this site.

Also not working for me. I went to Discover and clicked on News from there and that also didn't work for me.

Seems to be random as I can't get it to trigger after deleting cookies and trying different browser. Tech is very annoying when it randomly does not work.
