Twitch(PN295), Calendar(Chai Stones), Time on Site(Ba'li Arches). There is a better one that boosts all arp gained called H'erkow Plasma Chamber but it is basically impossible to get.

After those the Steam Quests one(pn295 unstable battery) is a good boost that only requires you to swap to and back once per week.

@louvelyn - ok, lets hope for it. I didnt know much about artifacts, so I asked whether should I buy it, but nobody replied. And I had not much ARP. Now I would buy it ofc. I have just 20 frags so I need to save them for some good artifct
